Our proud chef Luigi is one of the greatest pizza makers we know. Finding him to work in our pizza shop was one of the best decisions we had ever made. Luigi graduated from college and recieved his degree in 1985, he didn't pursue his craft until way later in his life as he wanted to support his brother and be apart of his plumbing business. A few decades later Luigi decided it was time to start doing what he loved most, making pizza. He decided to look online to broaden the possibilities of where he could work, and that's when he stumbled upon our website and it's recent grand opening. Originally I started crafting the pizza's myself at first but we knew we needed a third set of hands in our shop. That's when we recieved a resume from luigi and were extremely impressed with his qualifications. It didn't take long for luigi to then begin working for us and he's been our amazing chef ever since.
